- MEP Supervisor: Min. 2-3 years of FM Experience with Bachelors of Diploma in Engg. Degree

- Housekeeping Attendants: Min. 2 years of housekeeping experience with ability to read & write.
- FM ENGINEER: Min. 3-5 years of FM Experience with Bachelors of Engg. (Electrical / Mechanical)
- LANDSCAPING ENGINEER: Min. 3-5 year of FM or related
- Landscaping design & Horticulture Experience with Bachelor of Engg. (Agriculture / Horticulture)
- Candidates with UPDA / ASHRAEE / MMUPDA Certifications are preferred.
- Immediate & Locally with NOC available candidates preferred.
